1. What Fynd is

Fynd is a free search tool that aggregates publicly available rental listings from third-party platforms across Germany and provides AI-generated summaries and analysis to help users evaluate them.

Fynd is not a letting agent, broker, landlord, or housing provider. We do not own, manage, or control any of the rental listings shown on the platform. We do not participate in, facilitate, or have any involvement in rental agreements, contracts, viewings, or communications between users and landlords.

2. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Fynd, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. You must be at least 18 years old to register.

3. The service

Fynd provides two features:

  • Explore — browse aggregated listings collected from third-party rental platforms.
  • AI Agent — submit a housing request and receive AI-matched and AI-analyzed listings drawn from those platforms.

We reserve the right to modify, pause, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice.

4. Third-party listings — important disclaimer

All listings shown on Fynd originate from third-party rental platforms. We collect this data automatically from publicly available sources. Fynd makes no representations or warranties of any kind regarding the accuracy, completeness, currency, or availability of any listing.

Before acting on any listing, you must:

  • Verify all listing details directly on the original platform and with the landlord
  • Confirm the listing is still available — listings may be rented out, withdrawn, or changed at any time
  • Conduct your own due diligence before entering any rental agreement, making any payment, or sharing personal documents
  • Read and understand the terms of the third-party platform where you apply

Fynd is not responsible for the content of external listings, errors or omissions in listing data, or any actions taken by landlords or third-party platforms.

5. Scam awareness — please read carefully

Rental scams exist on third-party platforms. Fynd cannot verify the legitimacy of any landlord or listing. You are solely responsible for assessing the legitimacy of any listing you respond to. We strongly recommend:

  • Never send money, wire transfers, cryptocurrency, or gift card payments to any landlord before physically viewing the property and signing a proper rental contract
  • Be suspicious of listings with unusually low prices, landlords who are “abroad” and cannot show the property, or requests to pay a deposit before you have seen the apartment
  • Never share sensitive documents (passport, Schufa, bank statements) without first verifying the landlord's identity
  • If something feels wrong, trust your instincts and report the listing to the original platform

Fynd is not responsible for any losses, fraud, or harm resulting from your interactions with landlords or third-party platforms.

6. AI-generated content

Listing summaries, pros/cons, match scores, and AI analysis are generated automatically and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. This content is for informational purposes only. Do not rely solely on AI analysis when making housing decisions. Always verify information directly with the landlord and on the original listing platform.

7. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Provide accurate information when signing up. Do not share your account with others.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or overload our infrastructure
  • Create accounts for automated or bot-driven use
  • Misrepresent your identity or provide false information

9. Limitation of liability

Fynd is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fynd and its operators are not liable for:

  • Any inaccurate, outdated, or misleading listing information sourced from third-party platforms
  • Any rental scam, fraud, or financial loss arising from your interactions with landlords or third-party platforms
  • Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service
  • Any reliance on AI-generated content, summaries, or match scores

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Berlin, Germany.
